Pia Lamberg is a Los Angeles-based personal trainer and boxing instructor.
Pia designs her workouts to be suitable for all levels and she will give you alternative movements or variations as needed.
During this weekend retreat you will sweat and strengthen your body. In the evenings we will balance the workouts with soothing mobility and yoga sessions. You will leave the wellness retreat feeling strong and recharged!
